Avalon Kids
Our goal is to create a fun and safe environment for kids, aged 6 weeks to 5th grade, to learn about and experience God’s Love. Find some insight on what we’re about when you bring your kids to Avalon.
The Backyard
At Avalon, kids aren’t just the future of the Church—they’re a vibrant part of it right now. That’s why we’ve created The Backyard—a safe, fun, and faith-filled space where children can grow, explore, and encounter Jesus on their level. Come play, learn, and discover God’s love—because big things happen in small hearts!
-
Our nursery provides a safe, loving environment where your little ones are cared for during the service. Trained volunteers share God’s love through play, comfort, and age-appropriate attention so you can worship with peace of mind.
-
Our Waddlers room is designed for little ones on the move! Caring volunteers provide a safe, fun space with simple activities, play, and songs that introduce God’s love in ways they can understand.
-
In Preschool, kids enjoy interactive Bible stories, songs, crafts, and play that help them begin to understand who God is and how much He loves them—all in a safe and fun environment.
-
Kids in Kindergarten and 1st grade dive into the Bible through engaging lessons, fun activities, and worship designed just for them. They’ll learn foundational truths about God while building friendships and growing in their faith.
-
As kids grow in independence and curiosity, we meet them right where they are. Through fun activities, energetic worship, and meaningful Bible lessons, we help them build real friendships and a lasting faith—while equipping you to keep the conversation going at home all week long.
-
We understand that pre-teens are in a unique season—no longer little kids, but not quite teens. That’s why we’ve created a space just for them. Our 4th–5th graders dive into the Bible, wrestle with real questions, and are encouraged to live out their faith with both truth and grace in everyday life.
Backyard Kids get plenty of chances to hang out and have fun all year long—whether it’s special events, crazy theme nights, or serving together. Every gathering is a chance to grow in faith, build friendships, and make memories that last.
